Natural therapies in anti-aging – Phytotherapy Research

The research project aims to investigate the potential of apitherapy, herbal medicine, and phytotherapy in the prevention and treatment of age-related diseases. Specifically, the study will focus on the use of bee products, medicinal plants, and plant extracts with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The project will involve a comprehensive literature review, in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the bioactivity of natural compounds and their mechanisms of action. The study will also examine the safety and potential adverse effects of natural therapies. The findings of this research could contribute to the development of new natural-based therapies to promote healthy aging and improve the quality of life in older adults.
