The research project aims to investigate the potential of natural products, particularly propolis and medicinal plants, in the treatment of psoriasis. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. Conventional treatments often have side effects, and long-term use can be costly. This study will focus on the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties of propolis and medicinal plants, including aloe vera, chamomile, turmeric, etc in the management of psoriasis. The project will involve a comprehensive literature review, in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of natural compounds, and clinical trials to test the effectiveness of natural products in improving psoriasis symptoms. The findings of this research could provide new insights into the development of natural-based therapies for psoriasis that are safe, effective, and affordable.
