Lifestyle: quality of life improvements

Understanding the environmental impact on our well being by understanding the diverse natural disciplinary links that alter our actions. The quality of life of a person is dependent on ecosystems. Water and food hygiene, quality of selected food ingredients, exposure to nature through outdoor activity are an essential requirement to keep ourselves healthy.

The course will address various topics that go from nutrition to food hygiene, from importance of water to herbal medicine, emotional to spiritual nutrition in order to offer an integrative approach within the different areas which can lead us to not only a better lifestyle but an improved sense of Wellness and balance.

Course duration and the teaching method:

10 course 5 modules  of 2 hour each, online Zoom platform in a one-on-one mentorship basis or a group class.
