Upon receiving the necessary information and application fee through the form below, the applicant’s submission will be reviewed. The admissions office will then contact the applicant to arrange a meeting with the program director. If both the department representative and the applicant reach mutual agreement, the applicant will be admitted to the program and provided with guidance on the payment process.
